At the beginning of 2022, we designed and developed the EA series of parking air conditioner for the aftermarket truck cooling solutions which is very suitable in Middle East market such as for our Iraq market with so many good feedback. The EA series of truck air conditioner has two types: back-mounted and roof-mounted.

With the arrival of the hot weather in summer, we have also received orders from many customers. EA series aftermarket air conditioning for trucks are very popular with customers.

1. Confirm The Order Quantity Of Parking Air Conditioner

In June, we received a purchase request from an air conditioner distributor in Iraq. He plans to purchase 250 sets of truck air conditioners to meet the purchase needs of local customers in July. The order and specialization that confirmed in first order is 240 sets of 12V back wall 12v air conditioner for truck and 10 sets of roof top 12v air conditioner for truck.


 

2. Enter The Truck Air Conditioners Production Process

After receiving the customer's order demand, our production line was put into production urgently. After two weeks of overtime, the production department finally completed the 250 sets of aftermarket air conditioning for trucks order without affecting the progress of other orders.


 

3. Finish Packing And Start Shipping The Truck AC

After the production is completed, our logistics department starts to order ships to prepare for shipment. After we complete the packaging and production, the truck ac will be smoothly shipped out of the port for loading at the end of June. It is expected that the customer will receive the truck air conditioners and install it in July, which is exactly catch up with their hot seasons!
 

 

4. The Customer Receives The Truck AC And Is Ready To Install

At the end of July, the ship carrying the truck air conditioner successfully arrived at the port, and the customer finally waited for the arrival of the truck air conditioner, which also brought local customers the opportunity to choose coolness.

Once the truck air conditioner arrived at the customer's warehouse, our Iraqi partner couldn't wait to unpack it and send us photos, and he was very pleased with it.


 

5. Truck Air Conditioning Installation

Because the local climate is very hot, this product is very popular in the local area, and they have completed the installation of 25 units for the semi truck air conditioner in just three days.

 

At present, the customer feedback that this truck air conditioner has received a lot of praise from local buyers. He said that he expects to complete the installation of all truck air conditioners in September, and told us to prepare the production materials for his next order, and he will continue to order.
